All contractors listed are licensed and insured, but are separate entities and are listed by Affordable Western Log Homes as a complimentary list for you, the homeowner, to discuss arrangements of construction with the contractors themselves. They are highly knowledgeable independent contractors that deal on a day to day basis with log home structures. Affordable Western Log Homes also assumes no responsibility in faulty construction made or delays in building by a homeowner or any chosen contractor.
